What is the Program?

The Dell toner management program is delivered by eBryIT and provides order automation and monthly invoicing at no additional cost. There are no minimums or monthly fees.

  • Automatic toner replacement with just-in-time delivery + custom thresholds created per device
  • Toner shipped to specific user at specific location if required
  • Consolidated, itemized monthly invoicing – one monthly bill for all toner shipped
  • Management SW provided—'single pane of glass' for all your network printers
  • Real-time reporting on toner usage, power consumption, page counts & more
  • Service alerts delivered proactively via email
  • Service desk for non-network toner and ink ordering

* Services provided with approved credit; 1-year contract with eBryIT required.

    • eBryIT is a pure Dell partner and will work with the account team to sell Dell
    • Redirect toner revenue flow going to HP Partners and HP to a pure Dell partner
    • Account team drives all pricing strategy to ensure that we win business away from competitors but don’t price non-Dell toner too low; OEM always unless account team approves using reman—Dell OEM always as per our contract
  • eBryIT will always use Dell SnP for all non-Dell toners that are available
    • Xerox, Canon and others have some availability and we can win with SnP
  • Dell A/T gets paid 100% on all toner for 12 months & for any S/W or H/W sold through Dell

Next Step—Sales Process

  1. Share the Toner Management Brochure or our customer facing site with your prospect
  2. If the customer shows interest, submit the lead using our online Lead Form and let the prospect know that you have submitted a request to get a partner rep assigned so we can setup a discovery call to learn more about their environment and craft a solution
  3. An eBryIT salesperson will be assigned and will contact the Dell rep who completed the lead form to determine sales strategy
  4. Schedule a discovery and demo call with the prospect that is led by eBryIT so we can position the solution and gather what we need to propose a solution
  5. eBryIT develops solution and provides a proposal to Dell account team to make sure it meets their needs
  6. A account number is created by our ISR which uses the C# for this prospect which tags the account team on all Dell product sales
  7. eBryIT delivers a customized agreement with their equipment included ready for signature
  8. Customer signs agreement and we schedule a kickoff call to populate the software with their user, location, threshold and alert data
  9. Kickoff call – service begins
