For over 20 years eBryIT (pronounced e-bright) has been making IT simpler and more cost effective for our customers – in turn making them more competitive. With a seasoned service desk and experienced engineers, it’s no wonder we make it “easier IT with eBryIT.”

An example is our Toner Management service - it has been particularly effective for our clients that have multiple locations and/or many laser printers. eBryIT effectively removes the burden of dealing with printer issues from IT, Procurement and end-users. Everything from - monitoring, automated ordering, consolidated monthly billing, shipping and return shipping of the used cartridge – is included in the cost of the toner. And that cost is typically 20-40% lower than what they pay today - just to buy the cartridge with no services or value added. Learn more here

History

eBryIT was formed in 1990 as a third-party service company with an emphasis on IT hardware maintenance. First known as Benchmark Maintenance Corporation, the company evolved from servicing Wang computer systems to covering IBM systems and peripherals. During this time the name was changed to BMC Solutions. In 2010 the company chose the new name eBryIT to better reflect the intelligent computing solutions we provide to our trusted customers.

In the last 10 years, eBryIT has grown from its initial three employees to 130 direct staff and an average contractor pool of more than 5,000 people, providing service across the continental United States. The company has continued to show strong performance and profitability through this growth period. eBryIT now provides large and small companies with comprehensive IT services—from full managed services, including managed print services, to a virtualization and storage practice that includes disaster recovery solutions. Another growth area for eBryIT is in its support of advanced classroom solutions.
